Allied Health Practice seeking experienced Receptionist for busy multidiscipline clinic in Chermside. The part time position will include holiday and sick relief or the option of Casual Rates if preferred.
Also a receptionist position which would suit a Casual Student studying Physio/Podiatry or in the Medical Field will be offered for the right candidate.
*Proficient in computer skills, scheduling, billing, general office skills.
*Experience with TM3 software an advantage
*Experience with Hicaps/Eftpos an advantage
*Dva online, Medicare, Workcover and insurance account billings an advantage.
*Able to work independently, to learn, acquire new skills as necessary and adapt in a very busy Allied Health environment.
*Be available to work morning and/or afternoon shifts and Saturdays.
*Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and multi-task with a high attention to detail
*Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
*Able to take direction and be a team worker
*This is a busy practice where you are constantly challenged. The person we are looking for will have to be able to work and adapt easily, be a quick learner and be able to maintain a pleasant and easy going demeanour.
*Holiday relief encompasses the person to be able to work full time and therefore will need flexibility.
*Onsite training and support will be available to help you transition to our clinic and systems.
