Millstream Psychology is a boutique psychology practice based in Applecross with an increasing workload. Millstream seeks a professional, friendly, organised receptionist/Office Admin Support who pays close attention to details. Casual hours depend on work demands, although Monday to Wednesday, 9.30am—12.30pm is anticipated weekly.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Reception: manage client telephone and email communication, including enquiries, appointments/scheduling.
- Practice management software use: scheduling (in-clinic, external, phone calls), record keeping, billing, etc.
- Administration support: filing, preparing letters/correspondence, organising stationery and amenity organisation.
- Maintain clinic presentation
- General clerical tasks as directed

Desirable
- Knowledge of Medicare.
- Practice Management Software experience.
- Medical/Psychology reception experience desired but not essential.
