About the Role:
This position is suited to a Junior technical support / Admin person. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person who would like to have a varied role comprising of administration, patient and
technical support duties. It is a full-time position with great opportunity to further develop skills and experience located West Perth, WA.
As a key member of our small team, the candidate will be responsible for:
The administration, monitoring, managing, maintaining and supporting the Verve Health App Console.
Organises, directs, and monitors the daily work of the Verve Health App.
Completes necessary patient forms sending them onto to the relevant companies.
Provides technical support to patients on hardware related issues.
Identify and solve technical issues with medical devices.
Repair and solve problems.
Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining client Systems including Android tablets would be advantageous.
Works with the Technical Assistant to assemble medical devices utilising a variety of hand tools during assembly.
Works at a computer workstation utilizing Google and Microsoft applications.
The work is performed in an office environment.
Requires visits to patient’s homes to setup equipment.

General Requirements:
