About the Role
We have an entry-level Admin Support Officer positions become available. The role will be responsible for providing office all-round support to our operations ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services.
We offer on-the-job training in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our offices are conveniently located in Redcliffe, Welshpool and Morley, with easy access to public transport. If you're an enthusiastic individual with a passion for administration and reception duties, we'd love to have you on our team.

Duties include:
- Assist in investigations and reporting and provide outcomes to the Manager.
- Initial processing of incident/accident information and maintaining databases.
- Monitor depot & vehicle CCTV systems to ensure ultimate performance.
- Manage and respond to customer contracts to ensure compliance with our clients.
- Generating and processing invoices as required
- General administrative support to other staff as required.
- Greet people entering the office with a friendly and professional manner and assist with customer/contractor enquiries.
- All other duties as required.
About You
- Capable of communicating clearly and concisely, through verbal and written forms.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Using initiative and resourcefulness to find solutions for customers.
- Excellent time management skills
- Friendly, helpful, and can-do attitude with a bright bubbly outlook.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and be mentored.
