About the Role:
As Receptionist / Sales Support Officer, your primary objective is to make a great first impression for customers and visitors to the business. You will serve as a crucial link between our customers and solutions, providing phone support, managing sales and service enquiries, and directing customers to others. Your role is instrumental in ensuring our customers receive personalised support and exceptional service.
