About the Role:This role is all about personality and being able to engage with our customers and fellow team members, facilitated by can-do/will-do attitude.
The right candidate must be able to commit to full-time Monday to Friday (8:54am to 5:00pm).

Key responsibilities of the role include:The Reception and Sales Support role is all about connecting with customers in our showroom and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity and scheduling jobs/orders in our cloud-based field management system.
Along with being the first point of contact for our valued clients you will assist our sales team with customer enquiries, manage emails and quotes, handling work orders and enquiries, liaising for after-hours calls, collecting payments, updating client databases, managing deliveries, preparing for meetings, updating team progress, assisting with WHS paperwork, and providing general office support.
Does this describe you?We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in reception and office administration. Previous experience in building or trade services is favourable but not essential, as we will provide ongoing training and support for the role.
The successful applicant will be customer service orientated, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment. An eye for detail, accuracy and good communication skills are essential.
The applicant must have a strong knowledge of office procedures, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn new software packages.
