Reception Supervisor

Where will you be working... An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Reception Supervisor to join this world-renowned firm in their Brisbane CBD Office. Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional and personalised customer service. 

What you will be doing... In this role you will be responsible for providing supervision to the reception team and administration duties. You duties shall include but are not limited to:

• Professionally greeting all visitors on arrival
• Promptly responding to enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and preparation of meeting room bookings
• Provide leadership and supervision of the reception team
• Providing adhoc administrative support to the team secretaries
• And much more …

Do you have what it takes... This is an exciting opportunity for a receptionist that loves the corporate world and has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role, providing support to multiple stakeholders. To succeed, you must possess the following qualities:

• Experience working within a corporate and client-facing work environment
• Exceptional client service including a warm and bubbly manner
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
• A pro-active, can-do attitude and can take ownership of a role, using your initiative at all times
