Reception Supervisor – World Gym Surfers Paradise
You will contribute to the success of World Gym Surfers Paradise. It will be a very hands-on role and will see you partaking in all levels of customer service.
The role involves managing a team of energetic reception staff, being a positive example of great customer service and putting our members first. You’ll be managing front of house, training staff on processes and working closely with Club Manager on overall success including retail targets. Experience in similar role is preferred.
This position involves:
- Driving front of house sales in retail ProShop and Barbell Café
- Making great coffees and following recipes to blend delicious shakes
- Experience and knowledge working with supplements
- Passion for nutrition, health and fitness
- Administration duties
- Working within the reception team to achieve KPIs
- Visual merchandising
- Upselling
What we are looking for:
- Must have experience in leadership.
- Must have experience in sales / retail management.
- Experience in managing a big team.
- Ability to cope with a high volume of work.
- Understanding of systems and processes.
- Previous fitness industry experience desirable.
- A passion for health and fitness.
- Enjoys working in a fun and fast paced environment.
