Royal Wholesale Meats is a Meat Wholesaling company located in Clontarf, QLD.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Various data entry/processing tasks
- Maintaining high standard of presentation of the office
- Invoicing
- Daily Banking/Running Errands
- Answering and transferring calls to requested personnel as necessary
- Managing office stock
To be successful you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in reception and or similar environment
- You are confident, well-presented and professional
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and great willingness to learn
- Understanding and proficient use of Microsoft Suite
- Proactive approach to tasks and activities
- Current drivers license and own vehicle.
