Reception/Clerical

Royal Wholesale Meats is a Meat Wholesaling company located in Clontarf, QLD. 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team. 

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Various data entry/processing tasks
• Maintaining high standard of presentation of the office
• Invoicing
• Daily Banking/Running Errands
• Answering and transferring calls to requested personnel as necessary
• Managing office stock

To be successful you will need:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in reception and or similar environment
• You are confident, well-presented and professional
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude and great willingness to learn
• Understanding and proficient use of Microsoft Suite
• Proactive approach to tasks and activities
• Current drivers license and own vehicle.
