LGC Traffic Management is a leader within the Traffic Management space in Western Australia with our head office located in Bellevue Western Australia.
The position will be based full time in our head office in Bellevue, the hours can be flexible and can work around school hours.
Key Responsibilities :
Invoicing:
- Reconciliation and creation of invoices/statements
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Organisation of accounts for payment run
- Attending to internal/external accounts inquiries
- Involvement in the end of month processes
Reception Duties:
- serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- provide general administrative support to the department
Skills and Qualifications:
- previous experience in invoicing, billing or accounts payable/receivable is required
- previous experience in an administrative or reception role preferred
- proficiency using computer software such as microsoft office suit
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities
