Receptionist

We are a well-established Southside Accountancy Firm that has been operating for over 30 years.  We are currently looking for a self-motivated receptionist to join our team.  The successful applicant will be a team player with excellent Customer Service skills, have good phone etiquette, is presentable, has attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.  A general knowledge in Microsoft, Word and Excel an advantage but not essential.  Driver's license and own transport preferable.

Duties will include but not be limited by; 

• Front desk reception
• Diary management
• Electronic scanning
• Filing
• Maintaining the client database
• Following up and attending to queries
• Assisting the accountants
• Other general office duties as required
