The Skills
If the values have you feeling inspired, in terms of the skills, we are looking for a candidate with a background in customer service or administration with a bubbly personality and can-do, positive attitude.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Answering all inbound phone calls and directing them to team members.
- Recording accurate messages and passing these on to team members.
- Greeting all visitors to the reception area and making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Overseeing all meeting room scheduling and assisting with the meeting preparation including ensuring the rooms are clean and tidy.
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks including collecting and delivering mail, preparing stationery orders as required, ensuring the reception area is tidy and other odd jobs as required.
