JY Accountants is a boutique accounting firm centrally located in Southport Central Towers on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team.
This role provides an abundance of variety.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls and emails efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
- General office administration duties
- Preparation of Letters and Collation of documents
- Preparation for the meeting including preparation of workflow meeting reports
- Managing office supplies including ordering of office supplies, staff amenities, office equipment
- Maintain an organised work environment including collating paperwork, ensuring that all documents at the office are easy to find and access
- Scheduling and arranging meetings
- Filing and other administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, receiving, and arranging deliveries
- Occasional personal assistance role for the director
To be considered for this role you will ideally:

We are looking for a unique individual who has the qualities that can’t be taught and put you ahead from the rest. We will provide training in the tasks that need to be completed.
Having experience in Accounting firm would be advantageous but not essential.
