AddressExperienced casual Medical Receptionist required for a busy medical centre in Marsden.
Interested applicants must have a minimum of 12 months medical reception experience.
The successful applicant will have a passion for health care and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft preferred.
You will have the ability to multi task, and be prepared to continue professional development for accreditation requirements.
Sound knowledge of MBS item numbers is preferred.
Applicants must also possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Booking of appointments
- Billing- including bulk billing, private accounts and Workcover
- Scanning
- Liaising with practice staff, patients, hospitals and other health services
- Restocking of rooms
- General housekeeping/cleaning and errands
- Assist Practice Manager as required
- *Flexibility to cover holiday and sick relief is essential*
This position is up to 18 hours per week on a casual basis.
