The Role:
- Handle front-of-house reception duties including calls, emails, and queries.
- Welcome and assist clients, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage room bookings and ensure smooth room setups.
- Coordinate catering for meetings.
- Perform general office administration tasks and maintain office facilities.
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday-to-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Present yourself professionally with excellent communication skills.
- Deliver high-quality service and care to clients.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in professional services is advantageous.
