An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team on a full time basis, based out of their office in Brisbane CBD. This powerhouse are known for their strong relationships and great longevity throughout the business.
This is a great opportunity to step up and run the day to day management of the office! Work alongside the Office Manager and admin team you certainly wont be bored!
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Answering all incoming phone calls and welcoming guests in a professional manner
- Providing front of house service
- Managing internal calendars for the use of office facilities
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers
- Making bookings and reservations for staff
- Maintaining the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard
- Ad hoc administrative support
- Assisting with general resource management tasks and marketing tasks
- EVENTS, EVENTS & EVENTS!
- 1-2 years experience within a receptionist position is essential
- Experience in a law firm is highly desirable
- Confident in building rapport with clients and customers
- Confidence in answering high volume of calls
- Good understanding of Microsoft suites including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks
- Switched on and have the ability to think if your feet!
