About the role
We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic member to join our team. This is a part-time position Wednesday – Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm which would be perfect for someone wanting to work school hours. Experience is not necessary as we will provide full training on the job.
Your responsibilities:
The position involves a wide variety of office support tasks, including but not limited to;
- Greeting clients
- Answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
- Opening and closing files
- Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks, including diary management
- Ordering stationery and other office supplies
- Managing general reception emails and answering new enquiries in a timely manner
- Depositing cheques, collecting mail, and delivering material to various locations
About you:
- A vibrant and outgoing personality with a professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication
- Able to deliver high-quality, professional and customer-focused experience for clients
- Must have a licence and own transport
- Team player with a willingness to learn
