About the roleThis position is a PPT position primarily weekends working Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 am to 3.00 pm. There may also be some leave coverage if required.We currently have an opportunity for a Weekend Receptionist to join the team at our Regis Kirwan home on a PPT. Previous experience in Healthcare Administration is desirable. This position will suit someone who is outgoing, friendly and who relates well to the elderly. It requires someone with an excellent phone manner and IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.About the companyRegis is an industry leading, national aged care provider that offers a range of care and support services to suit the individual needs of senior Australians. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assisting with visitor enquiries
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
  • General typing, data entry & filing
  • Housekeeping of Reception area
  • Answering all telephone enquiries
Skills & Experience
  • Bright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
  • Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn internal software systems
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
