Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, Parramatta BMW is passionate about exceeding expectations and providing our customers with outstanding service and value on every dealership visit. An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Responsible for initial customer experience including the appearance of dealership and carpark availability
Ensure customer comfort whilst in the Retail Centre
Promptly attend to customers, answer basic enquiries and where possible refer to the appropriate personnel to assist
Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management (allocation of leads and working with Sales Consultants to ensure follow up takes place)
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in a similar client-facing/customer service role
Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
Advanced MS Office and general computer skills.
You must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base.
