TP Human Capital is currently recruiting fora Receptionist running the front desk for one of our Townsville based clients. Handling a mix of administration and customer service duties that support the team you will be the friendly face that greets guests and directs them.
What You'll Do:
- Customer service and the ability to deal with multiple clients at one time.
- Manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Support the teams with various tasks.
- Handle multiple tasks and admin work with ease.
- Manage time well and keep things organised.
- Address client inquiries and find solutions.
- Keep track of stock orders and enter data into the system.
About You:
- Strong Administration and communication skills.
- Great customer service.
- Result orientated and effective working within a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
- Time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent administration and working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Positive attitude, sense of humour and self-motivated.
