Receptionist

TP Human Capital is currently recruiting fora Receptionist running the front desk for one of our Townsville based clients. Handling a mix of administration and customer service duties that support the team you will be the friendly face that greets guests and directs them.
 
What You'll Do:

• Customer service and the ability to deal with multiple clients at one time.
• Manage incoming calls efficiently.
• Support the teams with various tasks.
• Handle multiple tasks and admin work with ease.
• Manage time well and keep things organised.
• Address client inquiries and find solutions.
• Keep track of stock orders and enter data into the system.

 
About You:

• Strong Administration and communication skills.
• Great customer service.
• Result orientated and effective working within a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
• Time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent administration and working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Positive attitude, sense of humour and self-motivated.
