Thiel Partners is a well-established accounting and advisory practice based in Surfers Paradise. The firm offers a range of services including accounting, tax and compliance, audit and business advisory to a diverse mix of client and industries.
Thiel Partners is seeking to engage a full-time receptionist to join our administration team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and includes managing a busy switch board, appointment setting, managing mail, sending correspondence to clients, filing, data entry and general office/administrative duties.
The position requires the successful candidate to possess the following:
- friendly and confident demeanor
- at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- high level of verbal and written communication skills
- previous experience in managing high volumes of incoming calls
- strong attention to detail, committed to meeting deadlines and the ability to work within a team environment
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
