Join our close-knit team at Terrace Strata Management as a Receptionist. We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Duties include:
1. Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and the Terrace inbox.
4. Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff.
5. Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
6. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
7. Providing general administrative support to the team.
8. Daily banking.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Possesses strong interpersonal and written skills with attention to detail.
- Is able to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently prioritise tasks.
- Is proficient in Microsoft and has the ability to learn and adapt to new software system.
- Has immaculate personal presentation.
- Is looking for an opportunity to grow within the business.
Previous receptionist or customer service is ideal and property management experience will be highly regarded.
