ABOUT THE ROLE:
Health Dynamics are seeking applications for Medical Receptionist to join our Devonport team. The full OR part time position is available for immediately filling, on a 12 month contract for maternity leave cover, with high possibility of long term permanent employment.
The position is a diverse and demanding role, requiring excellent organisation skills, strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. The role will include answering phones, being the first point of contact for patients entering the practice, booking patient appointments in Gentu, processing Medicare claims, taking payments, data entry into software program Xero, EFTPOS/cash reconciling, all general reception/administrative support duties.

Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
