- Answering the phone in a timely and professional manner
- Delegating calls to the right department
- Mail In/Out
- General administrative duties
- Building rapport with clients
- Demonstrating outstanding customer service

Essential skills;
Minimum 2 years working in the capacity of a Receptionist!
Proficient using Word and Excel. Sound data entry skills
