About the role
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face to our thriving business. The ideal candidate will be well presented and mature with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and someone who enjoys dealing with the public.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients
- Forwarding calls and taking messages
- Distribution of emails coming through to the office
- General administration
- Daily incoming and outgoing mail
- General housekeeping duties to keep the reception/office area presentable
- Assist in the sales administration (training for this will be provided)
Requirements, skills and experience:
- Police Clearance
- Well-developed organisation/time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team orientated
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated with a pride in maintaining professional standards
