Movewell Hub is an Allied HealthCare practice consisting of physiotherapy and exercise physiology working closely with the elderly population. Our practice is located within the lovely retirement village of IRT Belconnen. We have an experienced team of allied health practitioners, each with their own expertise delivering one on one consults and exercise classes to the public. We are looking for highly motivated Receptionists who wants to join our team. We have a number of permanent and casual shifts available for someone who is looking for a casual and or part-time arrangement (3 - 5 days per week)
Qualifications & experience
- Customer service experience required
- A patient-focused approach
- Experience in Medical Reception role (not essential)
- A great can do attitude
- Confident liaising with patients in person and over the phone
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients via the phone and in person
- Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Processing billing and payments, using Nookal medical software and HICAPS
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of health services are provided
