Part Time Receptionist/Administrative Role
A Receptionist is required for Thompsons Road Physiotherapy in Lower Templestowe. We are a busy and warm Physiotherapy Clinic, Exercise Rehabilitation Gym and Wellbeing Studio that provides high quality care for our clients.
Established for 30 years, our team prides itself on achieving exceptional results.
We are passionate and aim to provide with the best possible treatment and service available in a supportive and friendly environment.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable person who can perform reception and administrative duties.
The work hours:
- Monday afternoon / evening
- Wednesday and Thursday mornings
- Saturdays rotating roster (1 in 4)
- Leave cover as part of the reception team through the year

Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Provide high level reception and customer service to clients and staff at the practice
- Make appointments, process payments, perform banking duties and assist in administration of the clinic
- Attend to clinic presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
- Administration and customer support of the wellbeing studio
- Assist in marketing of all our services to help increase product awareness and service usage
- Full training will be provided in all duties.
Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding customer service (experience in healthcare or administration is not necessary as full training will be provided for the right person)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong and proven ability to multi-task
- Be adaptable in a changing clinical and business environment
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A willing learner
- Flexibility to cover shifts
