Woodley Motor Group are currently seeking a well-presented individual to join our busy administration and reception team.
Previous experience in an administration role is essential. Previous dealership experience in a Registrations Clerk or stock control position is an advantage but not essential.
The applicant should be motivated with a mature attitude and excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task during busy periods.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, and once fully trained the successful applicant will also be required to work additional hours as needed including some Saturdays.
Additional overtime hours will be paid at penalty rates as per the award.
Duties include:
- Data entry
- Providing excellent customer assistance over the phone to our many incoming callers
- General reception duties including preparing mail, ordering of amenities
- Preparation of registration & delivery paperwork for new and used vehicles
- Entering incoming vehicle stock into database
- Providing other administration support as required to all facets of our dealership.
Essential criteria: current drivers licence.
