AddressWe are looking for a part-time Receptionist (25 hour week) for a large Not for Profit Organisation in Darwin.
Your new company
You will be working as a Receptionist for a large organisation in the East Arm area. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 10am - 3pm OR 9am - 2pm (Flexible).
Your new role
- Providing information about products and services to customers, clients and partners
- Answering or referring inquiries about business operations, policies, or procedures
- Carrying out clerical support tasks such as organising meetings, preparing presentations, collating data
- Scheduling and following up with appointments
- Copying, scanning and routing correspondence/documentation
- Maintaining filing systems in paper form or electronically using databases
- Answering telephone calls promptly
What you'll need to succeed
Must be to drive to East Arm
Must have at least 1-2 year experience
You must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency.
