An exciting opportunity is available for a permanent full-time Receptionist at our Darwin Branch. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team of financial advisors, assisting with daily business administration and general office tasks, with potential for career growth.
What you will be doing
- Answering incoming calls from clients and assisting where possible
- Take accurate messages in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Welcome clients to the office, arranging tea and coffee for meetings and keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy
- Scanning and electronic filing
- Scheduling meetings and managing bookings
- Providing general assistance to the professional staff as required

- Ability to learn in-house computer systems and processes
