The role of Campaign Manager and receptionist is an allrounder admin position for someone looking to build admin experience in the fast-paced industry of Real Estate. As Campaign Manager you will be working closely with all of the agents in the office to ensure that their sales run smoothly, assisting in the procedures of property listing, sale and settlement, as well as marketing. The receptionist side of the job involves receiving the office phone calls and emails from vendors, prospective buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, tradespeople, etc. and managing where this communication need to be directed. Additionally, it involves looking after office-based tasks, such as ordering stationery and marketing material, upkeep of the database and preparation for open homes and auctions. It also involves assisting the Property Management team in tasks such as invoicing and key distribution.
