Our client is seeking an individual to fulfil an all-round administrative position serving as a campaign manager, Property Management administrator and receptionist in the fast-paced Real Estate industry.
The Role:
- Collaborate closely with agents in the office to ensure seamless sales operations, supporting property listings, sales, settlements, and marketing efforts.
- Managing incoming office calls and emails from vendors, prospective buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and others and efficiently directing this communication as needed.
- Overseeing office duties such as procuring stationery and marketing materials, maintaining the database, and preparing for open houses and auctions.
- Supporting the Property Management team with responsibilities like invoicing and distributing keys.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills
- Comfortable with handling calls and emails
- Readiness to ask questions and adjust in a dynamic setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Mon - Fri
