JK Adventure Co are seeking a new full time reception clerk to join our team. We are the largest Caravan and Marine repair centre in East Kimbereley region. The role will allow you to work in small team with room for growth. Running the front desk/spare parts inquries desk will be a busy postion which we require you to have an interest in camping, boating, caravaning and preferably some personal life experience in this topic to best service the needs of our clients.
Clients will call, email or visit F2F asking about products and services we offer, Never the less. On the job training and options for training courses are available for the right candifate.
Position: Full Time 40hrs minimum + reasonable extra hours.
Location: Kununurra, WA 6743
Start Date: Immediate
Annual Salary: $63,000 + 11.5% Super
- Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing documents.
- Scanning client information forms and filing job cards.
- Creating invoices from job cards, taking payments, and following up overdue accounts.
- Preparing warranty & insurance reports.
- Front desk phone and email duties.
- Creating forms and checklist documents.
- Provide customers with information about services.
- Entering parts into the POS system, stock take, labelling and pricing of parts.
- Enter bookings into the POS system calendar.
- General receptionist duties.
- Cleaning of the office
