We are searching for a keen candidate to join our Administration team located at Bayswater, in the role of Receptionist / Accounts Clerk. Great opportunity for the right candidate who wants a career in Accounts/Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and processing customer credit claims
- Co-ordination of supplier returns
- Daily data entry of sales returns and credits
- Monthly reporting and follow up on outstanding claims
- Answering the telephone
- Provide assistance to the Accounts staff
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
