As a Concierge (Receptionist), you are responsible to create a culture that fosters conversations, enables encounters, and encourages exceptional people to achieve exceptional success. Most of the time, it is the informal interaction with each other that leads to new contacts and chains of thoughts that we want our tenants to benefit from – personally and professionally. Therefore, we expect every team member of Concierge to be a role-model in terms of continuously promoting authentic encounters.

You will bring the following skills and experience
- Previous experience in Concierge, Front of House, Guest Services or Customer Service or similar role preferred
- Prior hospitality, food & beverage, property or building management is highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to develop sound working relationships with other employees
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional work ethic, display energy, enthusiasm and drive

Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 7pm - Casuals to work from 30-38hrs per week
Employment: Casual with possibility to move to Full-time role based on performance
Hourly rate: $30.10 per hour (inclusive casual loading) + superannuation
Certificate: First Aid (mandatory requirement)
Dress code: Very well presented, uniform provided
