We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team at our Canning Vale base. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our preventative maintenance programs, system repairs, in-house water treatment system assembly, and on-site installations.
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled servicing, system repairs, onsite installations, and maintenance.
- Respond to callouts for equipment fault-finding and repair throughout Perth and surrounding areas.
- Attend to accident and emergency callouts.
- Collaborate with the team to assemble and test our custom water treatment packages.
- Occasional travel to regional towns with short stays.
- Maintain job reports on a tablet.
- Complete inductions, JSEAs, and other required documentation.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and presentable.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Support sales activities by providing equipment assembly, testing, warranty inspections, and repairs.
- Adhere to Allfilters safety and operational procedures.
🔑 Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical know-how.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude, especially when working under pressure.
- Competent computing skills.
- Manual driver's license.
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
💼 Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with repairs of Billi and Zip Systems.
- Electrical or plumbing license (considered favorably, but not essential).
- Practical know-how.
- Tidy presentation.
