The Role:

• The first point of contact for all clients - greeting everyone who enters the agency with first class care
• Answering and diverting phone calls
• Maintaining the office diary
• Responsible for the key register - ensuring that all keys are accounted for 
• Manage office supplies

The Person:

• No real estate experience required - just a passion for customer service
• A can-do, customer focused attitude
• Positive, approachable and personable
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
