The Role
Ensure the smooth running of a legal office, working with both clients and staff. Our team is extremely supportive and eager to enhance your development and growth.
Your daily duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with our clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Answer and distribute calls
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms and set up (including audio-visual equipment)
- Maintaining the presentation of reception and meeting rooms
- Liaising and coordination of facilities and service suppliers
- All general ad hoc duties as needed (scanning, copying, printing)
- Compiling legal documents, scanning and preparing correspondence
- Assisting team members with administration and file management
- Solicitor diary management
- Working collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge, supporting staff and contributing constructively to the team.
Your skills
Are you a Legal receptionist/assistant with a passion for generating positive outcomes for clients and your team?
- Previous experience in legal reception/Administration Support or business administration
- A natural passion for helping people and a high level of empathy
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written and drafting skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A desire to learn new systems and skills and grow with us
- Proactive approach and initiative
- Available to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday
- Drivers licence
