This role is situated within the Environmental Services Department Ballarat Base Hospital site. The successful candidate will contribute as a critical member of our team within the Environmental Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the department in the deliver of our Health Care Services (Cleaning, Food Services, Orderlies, Linen distribution)
- Typing of reports, minute taking, data entry.
- Answering of phones, message taking & job allocation
- Carry out / assist with department projects
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member with ability to prioritize
- Good communication skills
