The Foot Clinic is looking for an experienced, organised and confident Receptionist / Front Office Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
The role includes:
Patient management in person and on the phone - Invoicing and receipting, making appointments, handling enquiries
- Other general administrative duties
- Sterilising of instruments
- Being the ‘face’ of the clinic
Do you have:
- Administration experience, in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone
- Excellent presentation
- Availability to work extra hours if needed due to other employees leave

This role is approximately 20 hours per week and the following days and hours are required:
Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 12noon-7pm
Friday 9am-5pm
plus additional days and hours as required
