You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for a variety of reception and admin tasks to help the firm run smoothly. These include answering the telephone, directing calls, taking messages, greeting clients, making appointments, file opening, data entry, preparation of documents, archiving, safe custody, general office tidying, stationery orders, and collecting and posting mail each day.
The position suits a mature and friendly personality who works well within a team.
The Position
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Qualities we are looking for
You must have the following qualities and be able to demonstrate them from previous roles:
- At least 1 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in legal
- Reliable
- Excellent time management
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Capable of working independently and take initiative
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Sound typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills including written, oral and interpersonal
- Take pride in your work and your presentation
