Wanneroo Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTE are seeking a customer focused Casual Receptionist for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant team. To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and talking with customers over the phone.
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge.
- Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate.
- General administration duties.
YOU:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
