Receptionist & Office Administrator

Are you are looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to learn new skills, we may have the perfect fit for you! Our client is a highly reputable logistics company, seeking a motivated individual to join their busy team in their new custom built Kemps Creek facility. 
This role would suit an experienced Receptionist, Administrator or Customer Service professional who has the desire to learn and forge a long-term career in this thriving industry.
Key responsibilities of the role: 

• Welcome visitors to the facility, being the first point of contact for the organisation
• Assist in inducting visitors and contractors to the facility. 
• Manage phone system as first point of contact for inbound phone calls
• Book and prepare meeting rooms 
• Provide administrative support for the site operations team
• Produce reports as required by site operations team 
• Manage office supplies and staff uniform

Key Requirements

• Past reception or administrative assistant experience 
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MS Excel and Outlook skills
