This role would suit an experienced Receptionist, Administrator or Customer Service professional who has the desire to learn and forge a long-term career in this thriving industry.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Welcome visitors to the facility, being the first point of contact for the organisation
- Assist in inducting visitors and contractors to the facility.
- Manage phone system as first point of contact for inbound phone calls
- Book and prepare meeting rooms
- Provide administrative support for the site operations team
- Produce reports as required by site operations team
- Manage office supplies and staff uniform
- Past reception or administrative assistant experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Excel and Outlook skills
