Real Estate Partners SA is an Independent Property Management & Residential Sales company, with a strong focus on providing the highest level of service to all our clients. We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and bubbly person to join our fun and friendly team in our Norwood based office.
The successful applicant will require excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail and good computer skills are essential. Preferably with Property Management experience.
Job requirements include data entry, bookkeeping, accounts payable, payment runs and finance related tasks, administration support to the 4 directors, resolution of urgent emails, effective maintenance of all electronic and manual filing and record systems within the office and experience in a similar administration role.
About you
Microsoft Office suite, skills in Excel and Word essential
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new internal systems
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Professional customer service experience
Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task
Strong work ethic with a history of reliability
The position would suit someone wanting to work part time, 3 days per week
(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am – 5pm). Salary package negotiable on
experience.
