Located in Brompton, we are looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Office Administrator to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks to support the team.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Head office opening and closing processes;
- Maintaining the office supplies- stationery and supermarket orders, organising post and couriers, cleaning the coffee machine etc;
- Coordination of events and meetings, including catering arrangements;
- Process and organize general correspondence in an accurate and timely manner;
- Administration of system documentation;
- Supporting our Finance Team with daily financial activities including payroll, AP and general corporate purchases or bookings;
- Supplementary support to the broader organisation’s administrative needs;
- Ordering and maintenance of staff uniforms; and
- Excellent English oral and written communications
Successful applicant will need to have a current driver's license.
