Quest Rockhampton is a 71 room property located in the heart of Rockhampton located on the mighty Fitzroy River.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist to join our fabulous and supportive team on a Part Time basis working 10 - 38 hours per week.
The Role
Involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations and ensuring complete and accurate data capture, and assisting corporate and leisure guests (e.g. check-in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out), and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk.
The Ideal Candidate
Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a highly team-orientated ethos.
Previous front office reception experience in a hospitality, travel or tourism environment would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts across a 7-day roster and be available weekends and public holidays. They must also have entitlements to work in Australia.
