Position Title:Receptionist & Sales Administrator Support
Direct Report: Department Manager, Principle / Licensee – Harcourts Hobart
Key Purpose: To facilitate the smooth running and continued growth of the sales department through effective administration and welcome clients to our business in a genuine and professional manner.
Responsibility (including but not limited to)
Greeting and welcoming clients - providing them with a positive first impression, and directing them appropriately.
Maintain security and telecommunication systems
Inform clients by answering and referring enquiries
Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Providing support to the Sales Department
Executing duties in Sales Administration as outlined in role
Primary Duties (including but not limited to)
Develop and maintain relationships with
- Property Owners (Prospective and current)
- Tenants (Prospective and current)
- Sales Consultants and other colleagues (property managers, admin staff, finance, etc)
- Contractors
Training & Meetings
- Attend all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager
- Keep up-to-date with any industry and legislative changes relative to property management
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role required
