McArthur is seeking a highly skilled Administrator, who has an exceptional eye for detail and previously worked in an environment requiring a strict level of confidentiality. In this position you will provide administrative support, direct phone calls and mointor emails
This is a 3-month casual position, offering 25 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Prior experience in a similar position and formal qualifications are favourable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries to relevant officers
- Monitoring group email inboxes
- Drafting and sending correspondence
- Data Entry
- Photocopying, Scanning and Electronic Filing
- Setting up meeting and training rooms
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in Local Government
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsift Suite
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to provide proof of working rights.
- Ability to obtain a clear Police Check.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
