About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for the reception of the campus and to provide excellent customer service by informing, directing and escorting students, staff and the general public.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the phone
- Data entry
- Assign jobs to Security Officers in campus
- checking emails
- Communicate calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Subject to request, provide support with CCTV/Security systems
Skills & experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations + security license (Desired)
- Full-time work rights in Australia
- Driver's License
- Work with Children Check
